Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a successful and well-established instrument manufacturer.

Based from home, close to an international airport, you will be responsible for installing, servicing and maintaining a range of X-Ray diffraction (XRD) crystallography instruments. You will be identifying and fixing electrical and mechanical problems, both remotely and onsite at customer laboratories around the UK, continental Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India. Full product training will be provided.

Applications are invited from candidates with strong experience in the service and maintenance of complex scientific instruments. Knowledge of XRD, XRF and/or ultra-high vacuum systems is highly beneficial. You must be willing to travel up to 75% of your time and possess excellent communication skills.
