Are you a scientifically minded professional looking to break into technical sales, or an early-career sales specialist ready for more responsibility? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing analytical instrumentation company supporting laboratories across Germany.
You’ll take ownership of a well-established territory in South-West Germany, working closely with scientists in pharma, biotech, academia, and chemical research to deliver advanced mass spectrometry, chromatography, and purification solutions. The role combines account management with proactive business development, giving you the chance to build strong relationships while expanding market presence.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and grow relationships with existing laboratory and research customers.
- Identify new prospects and generate leads through outreach, visits, and industry events.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops.
- Sell a broad portfolio including mass spectrometry systems, preparative and flash chromatography instruments, purification solutions, and analytical consumables.
- Work closely with application specialists, marketing, and product teams to support customers and close opportunities.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- Has strong interest in analytical chemistry, LC, MS, or purification technologies.
- Is proactive, motivated, and comfortable engaging with scientists and researchers.
- Speaks native German with business-level English.
- Enjoys a field-based role with ~50% travel across the region.
