Our client is a global provider of scientific solutions, helping labs around the world enable advancements in many areas such as pharmaceutical, food, environmental and healthcare. They are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Scientific Equipment Coordinator to join their client’s R&D operations in Oxford.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining scientific equipment & assets, coordinating with contractors and manufacturers, and fostering client relationships. You’ll also be monitoring equipment performance, supporting safety measures, and ensuring compliance across the lab.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Prior experience working in an industrial laboratory setting
• Minimum 3 years’ experience maintaining and repairing general laboratory equipment
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders
• Knowledge of EH&S compliance (NEBOSH desirable)
• Experience using SAP would be icing on the cake
