Due to continued growth, they are now hiring a Technical Sales Specialist to cover Germany. Unlike traditional product sales roles, this position focuses on building trusted partnerships with customers, understanding technical requirements, and working collaboratively to develop tailored automation solutions. You will play an important role in identifying new opportunities and supporting long-term strategic relationships across Germany. This position is ideal for scientists, engineers, or technical specialists who enjoy problem-solving and interacting with customers, and who are interested in transitioning into a commercial role. Full sales training and ongoing mentoring will be provided. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their scientific workflows, identify technical challenges, and explore how automation solutions can add value. Your responsibilities will include developing your territory, building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the full sales cycle alongside experienced colleagues. You will spend approximately 60% of your time travelling within Germany, visiting customer sites and attending scientific conferences and industry events. The ideal candidate will bring: This is an excellent opportunity to move into a commercial role without prior sales experience, although experience in scientific or technical sales would be advantageous.
