They are currently hiring two Account Managers/Technical Sales Specialists to support rapid growth across Europe. Unlike traditional product sales, these roles focus on building trust, understanding customer technical requirements, and co-creating solutions that deliver lasting value. You’ll play a key role in driving new growth opportunities and nurturing strategic partnerships, in line with our global expansion plans. These roles are ideal for scientists, engineers, or technical specialists who enjoy problem-solving, engaging with people, and are looking to step into a commercial career. Full sales training and ongoing mentoring will be provided. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their scientific workflows, uncover challenges, and explore how automation solutions can help. Day-to-day, you’ll build relationships, develop your region, identify new opportunities, and support the full sales cycle alongside experienced colleagues. You will travel around 60% of your time across your assigned territory to visit customers and attend scientific conferences & meetings. The ideal candidates will bring:
This is a rare opportunity to move into a commercial role without needing prior sales experience, although scientific sales experience is advantageous. You’ll join a supportive, innovative company working at the forefront of automation, with clear development pathways and the chance to shape impactful scientific solutions across Europe. Salary depending on experience is between £40-60K / 50-70K€ + profit share for everyone. All travel costs will be covered by the company (no company car/car allowance at this stage). Why Join them?
