Regional Sales Manager – Analytical Instrumentation (Central Germany)

Take charge of growth across Central Europe with a leading name in analytical science. We’re seeking a proactive, technically minded Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of high-performance analytical instruments and solutions.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand market share across key sectors.
  • Identify and engage new customers while strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
  • Manage sales through both direct and channel routes, ensuring strong territory coverage.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and technical teams to deliver targeted campaigns and customer-focused solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM data, and performance reports while representing the brand at events and trade shows.

We’re looking for a dynamic “hunter–gatherer” with:

  • Proven experience in technical or scientific sales, ideally within chromatography, mass spectrometry, or sample preparation.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a passion for driving results.
  • A self-starting mindset and ability to travel frequently (>60%) across the region.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
