A leader in laboratory solutions is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team and support analytical instruments for inorganic analysis across DACH from Southern Germany.

Location: Home-based in Southern Germany (Stuttgart/Bavaria area preferred)

Travel: Up to 90% within the region

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, repair, and qualify complex analytical instruments such as GC, GC-MS, GC-TD, etc…
• Act as a trusted contact for technical support and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with experts to provide solutions and improve customer processes
• Ensure accurate documentation, timely invoicing, and smart service decisions

What You Bring

• Degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, analytical chemistry, or electronics engineering
• Ideally, experience in technical customer service for GC and/or MS instruments or complex electronics systems
• Strong organisational skills and a customer-first mindset
• Strong German (B2/C1) and fluent English communication
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel
