Account & Tender Specialist – Clinical Service Sales (Netherlands)

Location: Home-based (Mon & Fri) + Office (Tue–Thu) – Breda


Overview:

A leading global company in the scientific and clinical diagnostics industry is seeking an Account Manager & Tender Specialist to support service sales activities across Italy. This role is key to the success of the Clinical Business Unit, focused on the LC-MS service portfolio within hospitals, clinical laboratories, research centers, and public health institutions.

This is a hybrid position with a strong focus on service-related tenders and contracts. You will work closely with a supportive global team of other Account Managers and Product Specialists.


Key Responsibilities:

Tender Coordination (approx. 70% of role): Prepare and manage service contract tenders (new and renewal) for LC-MS systems in the clinical sector.

Customer Interaction: Participate in occasional site visits to support the sales process and understand customer needs.

Collaboration: Liaise with stakeholders including other Account Managers and commercial teams to ensure tender submissions are accurate and timely.

Compliance & Tracking: Maintain accurate records of documentation, legal requirements, and internal system updates.

Sales Support: Assist in driving service sales initiatives and ensuring smooth contract renewals in a highly regulated, customer-focused environment.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

High attention to detail – accuracy is critical in tender submissions.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Professional fluency in English and Dutch.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Comfortable with internal systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office).

Background in LC-MS, chromatography, or clinical lab environments is an advantage.

Previous experience with tender systems and service contract processes is highly desirable.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Business, or a related discipline.

Experience in inside sales, sales support, or tender coordination roles—preferably in a clinical or scientific setting.

Salary range: €65,000 – €80,000 (depending on experience)

Bonus potential: Up to 25%
