Job description

To support ongoing growth and increase their impact in key markets, they are hiring a Director of Product Management. This newly created leadership role is central to aligning product innovation, marketing strategy, and business performance.

The position will oversee the full product lifecycle — from voice-of-customer insights and product roadmapping, to commercial launch and long-term portfolio performance. The Director will also lead a team of Product Managers and Technical Services professionals, working closely with cross-functional departments including R&D, Operations, Sales, and Marketing (local and international).

This role reports directly to the CEO, offers high visibility and strong influence within the organization. It is particularly well-suited to candidates who enjoy shaping strategy while staying close to execution, the customer, and the team.

Profile sought

The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical thinker with solid experience in product management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. A background in life sciences or analytical chemistry is highly preferred, especially with familiarity in analytical chemistry instrumentation such as chromatography & mass spectrometry.

Strong financial acumen, project leadership, and communication skills are essential. A collaborative mindset and customer-oriented approach will be key to success.

This role is a good fit for professionals who want to...

  • Make a tangible impact on product innovation and market success in the life sciences sector.
  • Contribute to an ambitious company where autonomy, initiative, and collaboration are valued.
  • Work in a dynamic environment where ideas are welcomed and ownership is encouraged.
  • Help build and mentor a team, with the opportunity to shape future growth.

The position is based in France with a hybrid setup and occasional travel (mainly in Europe). The company offers a competitive compensation package, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
