Our client is a key player in its industry, designing & manufacturing a range of high-end scientific equipment, helping laboratories around the world to enable scientific advancements in many areas such as healthcare, environment, food safety and water quality.

They are currently looking for ambitious and experienced Account Managers in Sweden, Denmark Norway & Finland to focus on selling chromatography & mass spectrometry instrumentation along with associated software & consumables.

Using your previous skills and experience in analytical chemistry, you will understand what scientists need to reach their goals and will be able to develop partnerships and commercialise solutions with customers on your territory.

Working with people from various industries such as pharma, biopharma, healthcare, food and environment, you will be responsible for the turn-over, sales development and clients’ successes.

To achieve this, you will take part in different activities:

  • Develop and implement action plans
  • Prospection, generation and follow-up of leads
  • Technical and commercial follow-ups with customers
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they have the correct solutions, support and assistance required
  • Attend talks, conferences and national & international meetings

The major part of your time will be spent in customers laboratories, where you can discuss their needs and suggest the most relevant solutions to their challenges.

The ideal candidates will come from a scientific background (Chemistry, Biochemistry or closely related) and have solid commercial experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry equipment.

To succeed in this position, you must enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, be organised and proactive.

Depending on experience, these roles can be Account Manager or Senior Account Manager levels.
