Our client is a key player in its industry, designing & manufacturing a range of high-end scientific testing systems, helping laboratories around the world. Their technology enables scientific advancements in many areas such as healthcare, environment, food safety and water quality.

Using your previous skills and experience in analysis, you will understand what scientists need to reach their goals and will be able to develop mutually fruitful partnerships – hitting your revenue targets - with customers on your territory.

Working with scientists from pharma, biopharma, healthcare, education, food and environmental, you will be responsible for joint goals, namely ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.

To achieve this, you will:-

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Prospect and generate leads – ensuring all leads are followed up.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they have the correct technical solutions and after sales support
  • Attend scientific conferences, exhibitions and regional meetings

The major part of your time (~60%) will be spent in customer laboratories, discussing their lab needs and suggesting solutions to their challenges.

The ideal candidate will come from a scientific background (Chemistry, Biochemistry or closely related) and have solid experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry equipment.

Previous scientific instruments sales experience would be a strong advantage but candidates with the right attitude and personality will also be considered.
