Career defining opportunity for an experienced DMPK Scientist to provide technical leadership in the design and delivery of DMPK, ADME and PDPK strategy for several drug discovery projects within a highly reputable pharmaceutical company.

Responsibilities

• Design studies and apply expert knowledge to candidate selection in early discovery and into clinical phases of drug development
• Take responsibility for aspects of nonclinical DMPK inc. in vitro and in vivo activities, PK-PD, biotransformation and bioanalysis
• Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot and solve ADME challenges in candidate selection
• Prepare DMPK sections of regulatory documents
• Research and develop new DMPK strategies to improve the company’s overall drug development process

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in DMPK drug discovery & development projects
• Expertise in problem solving across multiple drug development projects including regulatory document submission
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Experience in PK, PBPK and/ or PKPD modelling & simulation is highly desirable
