Our client is a key player in its industry, helping laboratories around the world to enable scientific advancements in many areas such as healthcare, environment, food safety and water quality. They are currently looking for an ambitious and motivated Clinical LC-MS Inside Sales account manager to sell liquid chromatography & mass spectrometry instrumentation in France.

In this newly created position, you will be part of the Clinical Business unit where your aim will be to develop sales leads into qualified opportunities and secure after-market revenue.

Thanks to your previous experience in LC-MS, commercial acumen, negotiation and customer relationships skills, you will understand what clinical scientists need to reach their goals and will be able to develop strong partnerships and commercialise solutions with customers on your territory.

To achieve this, you will take part in different activities:

  • Develop and implement action & sales plans
  • Prospection, generation and follow-up of leads
  • Technical and commercial follow-ups with customers
  • Liaise closely with other departments and follow market trends

This is a remote inside sales position meaning you will mainly be liaising with customers using phone, video and emails. Some travel to customers sites may be required (20% maximum).

The ideal candidate will come from a scientific background (Chemistry, Biochemistry or closely related) and have solid experience with chromatography and mass spectrometry equipment within a clinical, IVD or Life Sciences sector. Previous B2B sales experience is required for this position (2+ years minimum).

To succeed in this position, you must enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, be organised and proactive.

You will be fluent in French and English and any additional language will be an advantage.
