Our client is an industry leader in providing chromatography products, training, and technical services to customers across a wide range of sectors. To maximise outreach, two technical business development specialist vacancies have been created.

The role of a BD specialist is to provide technical sales support to the account managers operating within the region. In this case, it does not require a sales background (although desirable) however it does require a strong background and hands-on experience utilising chromatography instruments.

Having an outgoing personality, and the motivation to develop, grow and maintain customer relationships is key for success within the position.

This will require a candidate who is not-phased by cold-calling, warming up cold accounts and visiting clients at their headquarters.

The essential criteria for this position includes:

  • Hands-on experience using chromatography instruments
  • A scientific degree
  • UK drivers
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Customer facing personality

The position is remote with expected travel around 30-60% across either the North UK or South UK. For your services you will be provided with an excellent salary package & bonus scheme + car allowance.

The interview process will be between 2 and 3 stages via TEAMS, and an on-site interview.
