Exciting opportunity for a confident and ambitious Field Service Engineer or HPLC/LC-MS Technical Specialist to join a successful and expanding customer support team in the Southwest of England.

You will be responsible for the service/maintenance and validation of HPLC and mass spectrometry systems at customer sites in the Southwest of England, including commercial laboratories and universities.

To be suitable for this position, you will be a confident engineer with experience of service/repair of HPLC & LCMS systems. Applications are also invited from onsite instrument engineers or skilled chromatography users who have strong troubleshooting and maintenance experience from their laboratory career.

You will also have excellent communication skills and able to provide a high level of customer service.
