Nuclear medicine is a powerful technique used to investigate organ or tissue function which can be used for diagnosis, and to destroy damaged or diseased areas. Our client develops and manufactures a range of instruments and software within this sector and are looking for a graduate with an interest in science and software to be a Software Quality Tester.

In this role, you will ensure that software maintains performance and stability through the development cycle by writing and maintaining test scripts using JavaScript/Python. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and investigating problems with software, working with the Software Development Team to find solutions. Alongside this you will also work on developing automated testing projects.

The projects will range from testing software for web based applications and Windows platforms, playing a critical role in testing the software before global release.

To be considered for this position, you must have both a passion for science and software with at least a BSc in a science or computer science discipline.
