About this job
Our client is a radiopharmaceutical company developing novel instrumentation within the radiochemistry sector. For over 40 years, they have been offering innovative solutions to the radiopharmacy arena, from CHU, research centers to private entities focused on metabolism (Pierre Fabre, Servier, Sanofi, etc…). Due to expansion, they are now seeking a junior Sales and Marketing Professional to join their growing team to help them increase sales and promote their brand.
As a Sales and Marketing Professional in a small organisation, you will work closely with the Business Manager to increase sales and find new clients. You will be responsible for marketing the products as well as developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will initially be selling small instruments, with a value range of 1K-20K€ before progressing to higher value products as you gain confidence and experience.
A typical week would look like:
Supporting commercial and administrative aspects in the office for three days per week
Travelling to meet clients and promote products for the remaining days of the week
Contributing to the development and sale of new products, marketing duties, etc…
Our ideal candidate is a young, dynamic individual with a science background who can understand the field of radiochemistry (full training will be provided). Excellent communication skills, motivation and a willingness to learn are essential to succeed in this position.
We are looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to changing circumstances. You may be asked to focus more on marketing or sales depending on both your desires and the company's needs. As a small and flexible organization, they are really looking for someone they can invest in and train, allowing the space to manage your own time and territory.
Fluency in French & English are mandatory for this role as the company has other sites in different countries (UK, US). As you will visit customers and attend conferences & talks, a driving license is also required.
