Our client is a key player in its industry, manufacturing high-end scientific instruments and providing solutions to a range of laboratories worldwide. They are currently looking for an experienced Customer Order Processor with strong organisational and language skills to ensure orders are maintained and dispatched in timely manner, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Working closely with your territory Account Managers and Service Departments, you will use your previous experience and language skills to handle consumables orders across South Europe (France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland).

You will be involved in multiple activities such as:

-Reviewing customer Terms & Conditions using SAP,

-Processing invoice complaints and returns

-Liaise with Credit Control regarding new account details and/or credit queries,

-Arrange couriers and freight forwarders for the shipment and return of goods,

-Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally in multiple languages

This position will suit someone who is fluent in German and English and with previous customer service/support experience. In order to succeed in this role, you will be very organised, have time management skills and attention to details.

Due to the international nature of the business, any additional spoken languages will be useful, especially French and Spanish. Previous experience with SAP would be an advantage.

NB: This position can be based in Hessen (Germany) or Antwerp (Belgium)
