Our client is performing the screening and confirmation of workplace drug samples, testing for a wide range of illegal substances and a position has arisen in the confirmations department for a Senior LC-MS/MS Analyst to join the team.

As a Senior LC-MS/MS Analyst you will be responsible for the throughput of samples requiring confirmation analysis in an efficient and effective manner, whilst adhering to ISO17025 & ISO9001 regulations. As Senior Analyst you will also develop additional methods & technologies, deal with customer enquiries, train junior staff and assist with the procurement of new equipment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience working in a relevant scientific environment; workplace drug testing would be an advantage
• Strong experience with method development/ validation
• Knowledge of ISO17025 regulations, ISO9001 would be beneficial
• A degree in a relevant scientific discipline
