Agrochemical formulation is a complex process that requires extensive analysis of active ingredients and finished products. Our client is an expert in crop protection solutions and due to expansion is seeking an experienced analytical chemist!

As a key member of the analytical team, you will plan, perform and deliver analytical studies on time, within budget and to GLP regulations.

Hands-on, you will analyse a broad range of active ingredients and formulated sample compounds by both LC-MS and GC-MS. You will develop and validate novel methods for quantitative analysis, undertake subsequent data analysis and report writing.

A strong background within LC-MS and/or GC-MS analysis is essential, including the ability to develop novel instrument methods. You will possess excellent communication skills, ideally having previously worked at a senior analyst level within a GLP environment.
