Our client provides bespoke and complete out-sourced drug discovery and development services for customers ranging from biotech companies to some of the world leading pharma organizations. As they expand and develop their antibody drug discovery services, they are searching for a Senior Scientist to assist in delivering client-let projects.

As a Senior Scientist you will support the delivery of a range of client-led and internal projects with a focus on performing phage display selections, subsequent sequence analysis and antibody characterisation. You will use your deep understanding of antibody discovery and development to collaborate with external clients, setting project scope and objectives.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be proactive, and have a track record of delivering key pieces of work with tight deadlines.
• have a PhD or equivalent laboratory-based experience
• Industry experience with a focus on antibody discovery and characterization; ideally with expertise of phage display platforms, lead isolation and profiling using a variety of techniques, e.g., ELISA, SPR/BLI, TR-FRET and cell-based assays.
• an exceptional team-worker with good and presentation skills.
