A unique opportunity for an Analytical Scientist to join a global leader in consumer goods.

Joining the health and nutrition group, you will use your exceptional knowledge of analytical chemistry to translate research projects into laboratory practice. You will be involved in the planning of research projects, optimising existing methodologies and developing new methods while ensuring high quality and H&S standards.

The role will involve spending time in the laboratory utilising your Mass Spectrometry knowledge, working to ISO standards, overseeing resources and liaising with clients.

Applications are invited from candidates who can demonstrate the following:

• Minimum BSc in Analytical Chemistry (or similar) and relevant laboratory experience
• 1 years’ experience with at least one of the following: HPLC, GC, LCMS, FT-MS
• Confident with extraction techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to maintain and troubleshoot instruments in highly desirable
