Amazing opportunity for an individual with leadership experience to join a world-leading laboratory!

As a Team Leader, you will coordinate daily workloads and provide technical guidance – overseeing and running a wide range of pharmaceutical & biopharmaceutical analyses and formulations in support of product development and stability testing. You will undertake line management responsibilities including the training and mentoring of staff.

Additionally, you will be a key point of contact for clients and collaborating teams, responsible for providing a high-quality analytical service in compliance with GMP regulations.

Successful candidates will have:

- Experience of staff management

- A strong understanding of HPLC & GC instrumentation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A minimum of 5 years experience working within an industry regulated laboratory (CRO experience would be preferable)
