This could be the role for you!
Our client is currently searching for an accounts assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, to help cover a busy period in the company calendar. You will be part of the Accounting team, which currently consists of 2 other accounts assistants, who will help you and provide training on company policies and systems. You will report to the Finance Manager.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Processing cash receipts
- Invoice processing
- Dealing with external and internal queries about client accounts
- Maintaining the supplier and customer database
This role is offered on a full time, temporary basis. Your contract will be a minimum of 3 months in length, with the potential of being extended slightly to cover company requirements. You will be based at our clients facility in Livingstone, just outside of Edinburgh.
Candidates are encouraged to apply who:
- Have previous experience working with accounts
- Have experience on both the AP and AR side of accounting
- Have a strong understanding of Excel
