Rewarding opportunity for an accomplished recruitment specialist to join a leading scientific organisation!
Leading the talent acquisition strategy for the whole site, you will work to recruit internally for a variety of laboratory-based vacancies in the scientific arena. You will work closely alongside the management team to achieve their growth plans, coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Forecasting staffing requirements in line with growth plans
- Developing a pipeline of specialist candidates
- Advertising, reviewing CV’s, screening candidates and arranging interviews
- Coordinating and creating contractual documentation
- Undertaking new starter inductions
Applications are invited from Recruiters who have experience in the scientific sector. You must be comfortable understanding industry terminology, and confident liaising with a wide variety of professionals internally and externally.
