Are you an experienced salesperson with a technical background seeking an exciting challenge? Our client is a global scientific company who provide data analytics to the Oil & Gas industry and are looking to expand globally.
Involved in building the market for this technology, you will be in charge of building business plans, new business development, ensuring sales growth and key account management. With a strong customer base in Aberdeen & across the UK, they are looking for an energetic and ambitious person to drive growth across the EMEA region and beyond.
Applications are invited from candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- 3+ years’ experience working in sales or account management with proven skills in new business development
- Technical degree (Maths, Physics, Engineering, etc.) with strong aptitude for mathematics or statistics
- Positive attitude with the ability to work and communication with a diverse customer base
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
This role would also be suited to candidates with experience selling scientific instruments.
This position is offered on a 12-month maternity contract; however, it will be made permanent when success is demonstrated in the role.
The successful candidate with be based onsite in Aberdeen or remotely across the UK with occasional travel involved.
