Following years of organic growth, this full-service CRO are seeking an accomplished Bioanalyst to further drive the expansion of their bioanalytical division. In this multi-faceted role, you will initially spend a significant proportion of your time hands-on; developing and validating novel LC-MS methods for small and large molecule bioanalysis. In addition, you will act as Study Director for all GxP studies, managing the full life cycle of projects from initial plans through to final report. Alongside your technical responsibilities you will lead a small team of Bioanalysts, allocating workload and providing mentoring and support as appropriate. You will be supported in harnessing your business nous to grow your division over time. This will be a key area of career development for the jobholder; with a view to ultimately gravitating away from the bench into more of a managerial/operational position.
Applications are invited from experienced large/small molecule Bioanalysts able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience in LC-MS/MS method development, validation & troubleshooting
- Experience in GxP Study Directing
- Strong business/commercial acumen
- Confident communicator
