Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Electronics Design Engineer to join a scientific instrumentation manufacturer in Manchester!
In this challenging new role based in the R&D department, you will be involved in developing electronics for instrument control, data acquisition and display units for both existing and new technology. You won’t be afraid of “getting your hands dirty” and will need to communicate effectively with suppliers, fitters, test, mechanical and software engineers to ensure products are delivered on time and within budget.
You must have an electronics degree and a minimum of 12 months industrial experience with both analogue and digital design including programmable logic; Schematic Capture and PCB design with Cadstar would be ideal. FPGA design skills are highly desirable, so is previous experience of design for volume manufacturing.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to build a career in a scientific engineering environment. Our client is also interested in accomplished and experienced Electronics Design Engineers with many years’ experience.
