Fantastic opportunity awaits a highly experienced and personable Scientist keen to secure a career-defining move into this leadership position within an internationally renowned contract testing organisation.

In this highly rewarding and “hands-on” position you lead a dynamic group of analysts/scientists and manage a varied range of projects. Applying your in-depth knowledge and analytical expertise in cell and vaccine analysis, you will lead all method development and validation activities. You will be the key point of contact for clients, project managers and regulatory staff and will be responsible for providing a high quality analytical service in compliance with GMP regulations. You will coordinate daily workloads and provide technical guidance for junior members of the team as well as undertaking all line management responsibilities, training and mentoring of staff.

Applications are invited from highly organised Scientists with a strong background in Molecular, Cell and Vaccine/ Viral Biology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is prior team leadership experience. Experience working in a GMP regulated laboratory is highly desirable.
