Are you a Food Scientist with experience of rheometry and texture analysis? Are you seeking a senior opportunity with significant client interaction and some involvement in business development? Then this could be the role for you!
Due to significant business growth, our client is seeking a senior Food Scientist to conduct analysis on a variety of products including bakery and cereal products. Analyses will include rheometry, texture analysis, DSC and RVA. Using your excellent communication skills, you will also play a significant role in client liaison and identifying new business areas.
To be considered for this position you must possess:
- a BSc, MSc, PhD or equivalent in Food Science, Food Technology or similar
- experience working in a food research environment conducting analyses such as rheometry and texture analysis
- excellent communication skills and confidence to provide advice to clients and explore new business opportunities
